What We're Looking For:
- A positive, resilient, and motivated individual
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in UK childcare
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
- A solid understanding of the UK primary curriculum
- Two recent, checkable references
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning)
- Right to work in the UK
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting pupils one-on-one or in small groups
- Helping to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment
- Assisting teachers with lesson planning and classroom prep
- Maintaining a safe and stimulating space for learning
- Using a variety of teaching techniques to support learning
- Building strong relationships and engaging students in daily activities
