The Role
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be the bridge between a student's challenges and their successes. You will work closely with teachers to deliver a curriculum that is adapted to the unique needs of every learner.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting students with SEMH, ASD, and anxiety-related needs.
Adapting learning activities to ensure every child can engage and succeed.
Managing behaviour through positive, individualised strategies.
Creating a safe, inclusive, and caring classroom atmosphere.
What We Are Looking For
We need resilient, patient, and empathetic individuals who truly understand the impact of specialist support.
Experience: Previous experience working with children or young people with SEND is essential.
Qualifications: Level 2 (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
Mindset: A collaborative team player with a deep commitment to safeguarding and child welfare.
