What We Are Looking For:
Previous experience working with children aged 4 to 11 (in a school, nursery, youth club, or similar setting).
A patient, enthusiastic personality with the ability to quickly build a safe, positive rapport with young children.
Strong literacy and numeracy skills to confidently support pupils with their reading, writing, and maths.
An adaptable and proactive mindset-someone ready to jump into different classrooms and support the class teacher effectively.
A valid Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service (or the willingness to apply for one).
