What we are looking for:
- Resilient, dedicated, and enthusiastic individuals.
- Experience as a Teaching Assistant or in UK childcare.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service.
- Strong understanding of the UK primary curriculum.
- Two recent, verifiable professional references.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant).
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting students in individual or small group settings.
- Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Assisting teachers with lesson planning and material preparation.
- Maintaining a safe and stimulating learning environment.
- Demonstrating knowledge of various teaching methods.
- Communicating effectively with children and involving them in activities.
