Randstad Education is looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist School. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with students who have Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, Autism, or additional learning challenges. You'll play a key role in helping them access education and achieve meaningful progress both academically and personally.

Your Role Will Include
- Supporting students individually and in small groups during lessons
- Assisting teachers in delivering personalised, accessible learning activities
- Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional regulation
- Helping implement individual learning and behaviour plans
- Promoting an inclusive and respectful classroom environment
- Working collaboratively with teachers, therapists, SENCOs, and families
What We're Looking For
- At least one year of experience working with SEN students in UK Schools
- Confidence supporting students with SEMH, Autism, ADHD, or related needs
- A calm, empathetic, and patient approach to behaviour support
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Understanding of safeguarding policies and a commitment to student wellbeing
- An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one
