What You'll Do:
Specialist Oversight: Lead shifts in a specialist environment focused on Harmful Behaviour, requiring a high level of vigilance and clinical understanding .
Risk Management: Develop and implement robust risk management plans tailored to the specific needs of our residents .
Advanced Mentoring: Guide staff through complex behavioural challenges, providing "on-the-spot" coaching to maintain a therapeutic environment .
Collaborative Care: Work closely with internal and external clinicians to ensure a multi-disciplinary approach to every child's care plan.
