Excellent Remuneration: £258 per shift/day
Your Leadership Role & Responsibilities will include:
Providing strong leadership, supervision, and guidance to a team of social workers.
Overseeing complex adult safeguarding enquiries and statutory assessments (e.g., Care Act, Mental Capacity Act).
Managing team performance, workload allocation, and ensuring service delivery meets high standards and targets.
Fostering a culture of continuous learning, reflective practice, and professional development within the team.
Collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary partners, health colleagues, and community resources.
Contributing to service development, policy implementation, and quality assurance initiatives.
Managing delegated budgets and resources efficiently to optimize service provision.
Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, policies, and ethical frameworks.
Key Requirements:
You must be a Qualified Social Worker.
Social Work England registration is essential.
Updated DBS is required.
- Significant post-qualifying experience in Adult Social Work, including management or supervisory experience.
