Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring the team operates within allocated parameters.
Represent the team in meetings with internal and external stakeholders, advocating for the needs of service users.
Contribute to the development of team policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and guidelines.
Provide regular supervision and support to team members, promoting their professional development and well-being.
Requirements:
Registered with Social Care England.
Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience as a qualified Social Worker. Significant experience in a supervisory or management role within adult social care is essential.
Proven leadership and management skills, with experience of leading and motivating a team.
Strong understanding of adult social care legislation, policies, and procedures.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
