RoleRole & Responsibilities
You will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of dedicated professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to adults in Sutton. You will guide your team in achieving organizational goals, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, and implementing effective strategies to improve service delivery. You will also be involved in the planning and allocation of resources to ensure the smooth operation of the team.
