Are you an experienced Compliance professional with an engineering background in Hard Facilities Management, particularly within a Healthcare setting? Join a leading international project development and construction group dedicated to building a better society. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Compliance Manager to ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and statutory compliance within our building services team.
Provide senior-level compliance support and advice on all regulatory and statutory matters.
Develop and coordinate control and governance systems to ensure full contractual and regulatory compliance.
Lead the management of the continual update of project records, including the asset register, condition reports, and the updating of drawings/room data sheets.
Ensure a robust process is in place for the management and governance of Hard FM Services compliance monitoring and systems, including statutory engineering and SLA performance.
Support the project team to periodically revise procedures and reports to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues.
Coordinate and facilitate monthly compliance reviews with internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate and own the status of Non-Conformity Reports (NCRs) and Audit Conformance Reports (ACRs).
Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies for compliance and performance.
ONC/HND in an Engineering Discipline (or Equivalent) or a recognised qualification or certification in a statutory discipline.
Relevant industry experience in a compliance management role, with significant experience in Healthcare environments.
Proven experience as a compliance manager within a technical building services or Hard FM setting.
Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations relevant to building services and FM.
Excellent customer care and a flexible, collaborative approach to working practices.
