Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage technical services site-wide, ensuring high performance,
productivity, and compliance.
Lead a team of 5+ technical staff with a hands-on leadership approach.
Manage systems such as BMS, Maximo, GMARS, or similar platforms.
Ensure consistent GMP compliance and maintain the highest HSE standards.
Drive operational excellence through KPI monitoring and continuous improvement
initiatives.
Deliver projects with strong documentation and reporting using Excel and PowerPoint.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with the client and key stakeholders on
site.
Candidate Profile:
Proven experience managing technical services in a regulated (GMP) environment.
Minimum 2 years in a people management role, leading technical teams.
Background in electrical or mechanical engineering is preferred.
Strong client-facing experience with excellent interpersonal, communication, and
relationship-building skills.
Comfortable representing Sodexo in meetings, updates, and strategic discussions with
the client.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and respond proactively to client
needs.
