We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Trainee Teachers to join our team at our school in Cranleigh, a leading provider of education for children with special educational needs (SEN) using Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) techniques. About the RoleAs a Trainee Teacher, you will work closely with experienced professionals, receiving mentorship and ongoing support as you develop your skills and knowledge. Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering engaging and individualised lessons tailored to the specific needs of each student.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists, teaching assistants, and other professionals.
- Maintaining accurate records and reports on student progress.
- Participating in ongoing professional development opportunities.
- Creating a positive and supportive learning environment for students.

Essential Requirements- Commitment to working with children with SEN
- Experience working with children with SEN (essential)
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential due to location)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive and enthusiastic approach to teaching
- Experience with ABA
- Relevant qualifications or experience in education
