This opportunity offers access to numerous fully funded training and qualification opportunities in SEN teaching. You'll gain a breadth of experience with children of varying ages and abilities. The training and continuing personal development programme is fully funded and supported and is based on the principles of behaviour analysis.
Your RoleYou will be working with pupils to help them reach their full potential. Your role includes:
Working one-to-one with pupils in a small class setting, providing behavioural based instructions
Supporting pupils with their social and emotional development through interaction and engagement
Contributing to the production and maintenance of individualised teaching materials
Encouraging and assisting pupils to maintain acceptable levels of personal and environmental hygiene.
Assisting in extra-curricular and off-site activities with pupils during school hours.
Supervising indoor/outdoor playtime for all pupils.
You'll also have the opportunity to work with the occupational and speech and language therapy teams.
