As a key member of our team, your primary focus will be supporting our pupils' growth and development:

• Working one-to-one with pupils in a small class setting to provide behavioural based instructions, helping them meet their full potential.

• Supporting pupils with their social and emotional development through interaction and engagement.

• Contributing to the production, organisation, and maintenance of individualised teaching materials.

• Encouraging and assisting pupils to maintain acceptable levels of personal and environmental hygiene.

• Supervising indoor/outdoor playtime and assisting in extra-curricular and off-site activities during school hours.

• You will also have the opportunity to work alongside the occupational and speech and language therapy teams.
