We are looking for an enthusiastic, unqualified SEN Teacher to join a specialist SEN school in Ipswich.
About the Role:
As an unqualified SEN Teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering personalised and engaging lessons to children and young people with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN), including autism, learning disabilities, and emotional or behavioural difficulties. Under the guidance of experienced teachers, you will provide essential support to create an inclusive and empowering learning environment for every student.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the planning and delivery of lessons and activities tailored to students' individual needs
- Promoting positive behaviour and supporting students with emotional and social challenges

- A passion for working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
- A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to teaching
- A willingness to learn, grow, and undertake professional development (training will be provided)
- Experience working with children or young people (desirable but not essential)
