📝 Job Description

As a Service Designer, you will lead a human-centred design approach across all project phases - from discovery and problem framing to solution development and implementation. You will conduct deep ethnographic and user research to understand user needs, behaviours, and challenges, translating insights into clear and actionable design direction.

You will act as a subject matter expert, guiding team decisions, supporting collaboration across multiple workstreams, and solving complex design problems while balancing user needs with business, technical, and brand considerations.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• 🔍 Lead and apply human-centred design methodologies across discovery → delivery.
  
  
• 🧪 Conduct ethnographic research and advanced UX/user research to uncover insights.
  
  
• 🧠 Synthesise findings into meaningful service concepts and recommendations.
  
  
• 🤝 Facilitate workshops to gather insights, align stakeholders, and drive collaboration.
  
  
• 🗺️ Create user journey maps and service blueprints to visualise end-to-end experiences.
  
  
• 🧩 Develop prototypes to test and iterate design concepts with users.
  
  
• 📊 Conduct usability testing and refine designs based on feedback.
  
  
• 🔗 Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, influencing decisions and ensuring design coherence.
  
  
• 📚 Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, trends, and emerging methods.

💡 Skills & Experience

• ⭐ Advanced proficiency in UX Research (required)
  
  
• 🎯 Strong experience in User Research, Service Design Thinking, System Design, Design Thinking (preferred)
