What We're Looking For:
A minimum of 3 years' post-qualified experience as a social worker, with proven experience managing a diverse caseload within Children in Need (CIN), Child Protection (CP), and Children in Care (CIC) settings.
Current and valid Social Work England registration is essential.
A strong understanding of relevant legislation (e.g., Children Act 1989) and statutory guidance across all three areas of work.
Proven ability to undertake comprehensive assessments, formulate robust plans, manage risk, and deliver child-centred interventions effectively.
Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills, with the adaptability to engage with children, families, and multi-agency partners in varied contexts.
