Randstad is proud to partner with a specialist school in Bolton seeking an inspiring Motor Vehicle Tutor. This is a unique opportunity to step away from the commercial garage and make a profound difference.
About the Role

Follow EHCP Plans: Create and adapt your sessions to meet the specific social, emotional, and educational targets outlined in each student's EHCP.
Manage the Workshop: Maintain a safe, supportive, and professional workshop environment, embedding the highest standards of Health & Safety.
Build Relationships: Develop meaningful relationships with students, using your expertise to encourage, motivate, and manage challenging behaviours constructively.
Assess and Report: Track student progress in both practical skills and personal development, recording attainment levels using our internal reporting system.
Collaborate for Success: Work closely with teachers, foster carers, and social workers to ensure every student receives the tailored support they need to thrive.
Safeguarding: Work in strict accordance with KCSIE guidelines to ensure the welfare of all pupils.
