Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Picker, where your efficiency and accuracy will be key in ensuring that our products reach customers quickly and in perfect condition.

Job title: Warehouse Operative

Job type: Temporary - Ongoing

Location: Bournemouth, BH11 8PT

Early shift & Late Shift - £12.71 per hour,

Overtime: £19.07 Mon/Sat & Sun/Bank Holidays £25.42

Shifts: 07:00 - 15:00, Monday to Friday with a paid 20 minute tea break and an unpaid 30 minute break.

Responsibilities:

Maintaining safety and housekeeping standards at all times
Picking goods around the warehouse
Assist the warehouse crew by delivering consistent pick rates
Ecommerce picking and packing to order
Product Preparation including tagging, labelling, creating gift sets and customer load prep
Restacking pallets
Move cases weighing up to 13.5 kg for 7 hours a day
Physically standing on your feet for around 7 hours a day
Removing shrink wrap from wrapped pallets in preparation for putaway
To be able to work independently and as part of a wider team

Experience:

Previous experience in similar role/warehouse environment is preferred
Should have good communication skills (verbal and writing)
