What You'll Be Doing:- Storage and distribution of confectionary products.
- Keeping the workspace clean and organized.
- Following clear food safety and hygiene guidelines.
- Supporting daily targets and learning from experienced team leads.
- Operating machinery safely (full training provided).
- Picking individual orders to be delivered to a variety of supermarkets and other client sites.
- Someone eager to learn, show initiative and grow.
- Physically fit and ready to work on your feet.
- Comfortable working day and night shifts.
- Basic English & Maths skills (written and spoken).
- A great team player who's ready to prove themselves.
- Competitive Pay:
Day Shifts: £12.76/hr (rises to £14.04/hr after 12 weeks)
Night Shifts: £13.21/hr (rises to £15.87/hr after 12 weeks).
- Shift Pattern: 5:50am-6pm & 5:50pm-6am (minimum 3 shifts a week).
- Bonus: Up to £1,000 bonus (based on performance & attendance).
- Perks: Weekly pay, paid breaks (70 minutes daily), and up to 28 days holiday.
