Working 8 - 4:30 Monday to Thursday and a lovely 1pm finish on a Friday your role wil be to ensure the accuracy of inventory recording. This involves maintaining inventory by identifying, labelling, and keeping materials and supplies in stock, recording location of inventory, and reporting shortages.
Key Tasks Inventory Control:
- Receive, locate, and warehouse materials into designated controlled locations
- Control material supply to the manufacturing suite by issuing and recording materials listed on work orders.
- Receive returned materials from production, verifying code, lot number, and quantity.
- Book inventory into stores and maintain the materials spreadsheet.
Stock Management & Purchasing:
Carry out regular stock counts of store and WIP locations, raising/actioning discrepancy forms.
Run and maintain Min/Max materials and forward Material Purchasing Requisition to the purchasing department.

ollow up on Purchase Orders (PO's) and deliveries via email or phone.- Ensure adequate reporting of inventory (raise works orders/process adjustments).
Dispatch & Logistics
- Prepare finished stock for shipment (identifying, pulling, packing, crating, loading, and securing product).
- Document product shipment by recording units shipped on the record sheet.
- Build and pack trolleys and systems ready for dispatch in line with procedures
- Liaise and coordinate shipping.
