Pay rate and working hours:
£13.83 PER HOUR
Could rise to £14.54 PER HOUR, after 6 Months!
(Subject to Criteria being met)
- Monday-Thursday 06:45-15:45
- Friday: 06:45-10:15
Roles & responsibilities:
- Driving prime product machinery
- Loading of machines into containers
- Safely securing machines into containers.
- Using tooling to prepare machines for loading.
- Desirable - FLT license
Requirements:
- The ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner at all levels and pay attention to detail -
- A self-motivated individual, with the flexibility to deal with individual and team behaviours, you should be able to motivate others with your advice and experience
- Initiative and strong communication, interpersonal & organisational skills
- Understand & promote Caterpillar's Values in Action
- Willing to undertake training and further learning
