Role: Workflow Administrator
Location: S60 1R
Rate of Pay: £12.36 hourly + holiday pay
Shift: 8am to 5pm (Monday to Friday)
Contract: Ongoing temp
Job Responsibilities:
- Incoming and outgoing telephone calls
- Sort and dispatch call to engineers, sub contractors, site managers, and plan daily workload
- Re-plan/ assign as required to manage workload and prioritise
- Meet SLA targets ad respond to customer requests
- Organise planned maintenance for engineers, sub-contractors and site managers
- Raise Purchase requisition and purchase orders
- Ad hoc administration duties
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft, Outlook and Office
- Good customer service skills
- Ability to work as a team
- Excellent communication skills
