Your Role as a Year 3 Teacher:
Develop and deliver creative, engaging lessons aligned with the National Curriculum for a Year 3 class, covering all primary subjects.
Foster a positive and safe classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported.
Implement effective behaviour management strategies that promote pupils' well-being and personal growth.
Utilise diverse assessment methods to track student progress, providing targeted feedback to encourage development.
Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs and abilities within the classroom.
Collaborate closely with teaching assistants, colleagues, and parents to build a strong support network for each child.
Contribute to the broader school community by participating in school events, clubs, and staff meetings.
What We're Looking For:
To be a successful candidate for this primary teacher vacancy, you will have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Proven experience in curriculum planning and delivery, ideally within a KS2 setting.
Excellent classroom management skills with the ability to build strong relationships with pupils.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with staff, students, and parents.
A genuine commitment to your own professional development and a passion for teaching.
