Recent feedback from our March 2026 Parent and Carer Survey confirms that we are achieving exactly that. We believe that the strongest measure of our success is the voice of those who see the impact of our work every day. When parents and carers feel their child is in a "safe pair of hands," the barriers to learning begin to dissolve.

One of the most heartening trends in our recent data is the consistent year-on-year growth in how much pupils enjoy their learning. We know that for many children, particularly those who are school-avoidant or have complex Special Educational Needs (SEND), simply enjoying a session is a massive hurdle.

The percentage of parents reporting that their child enjoys their tutoring sessions has risen from 82% in 23/24 to 89% in the 2025/26 academic year.
93% of parents agree that their child has a good working relationship with their tutor, up from 80% just two years ago.
Overall, 88% of parents and carers are happy with the quality of service provided by our tutors.
89% feel the tuition has been pitched correctly for the specific needs of their child.

These results reflect our belief that engagement is the first step toward achievement. Our tutors spend time understanding the specific barriers a pupil might be facing, whether that’s a lack of confidence or a previous negative experience with education. By putting the relationship first, they help pupils feel safe enough to take risks with their learning and ultimately rediscover their potential. As one parent recently shared, their tutor was "engaging well" with their children and happy that she was "giving them the tools they need to succeed in school".

While academic progress is vital, evidenced by an average 21% improvement in diagnostic scores after engagement with our Randstad Assessment Tool, our support extends far beyond the curriculum. We recognise that for Children Looked After (CLA) or those with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, the "click" happens when they feel heard.

Our programmes are designed to be bespoke, blending subject-specific tuition with essential pastoral support to address underlying barriers like anxiety or low self-esteem. Whether it is Functional Skills, GCSE preparation, or foundational early years support, we adapt our delivery to the individual. This tailored approach has successfully supported 75 pupils back into mainstream education in the last academic year alone.
