Randstad provides Non-Medical Help (NMH) support for Bath Spa University students. Support is funded through the Disabled Students’ Allowance (DSA), or directly by Bath Spa University in some cases.
We organise the following roles for students to provide them with extra support whilst they study at Bath Spa University:

- Specialist Study Skills
- Note taking
- Practical Support
- Lab Support
- Sighted guides

Send us your DSA2 letter and tell us how support can work best for you. We will then match you with a support worker and help you get started.

Email your DSA2 letter to studentsupport@randstad.co.uk. If you would prefer to speak to someone first, call 0161 247 8800.

tell us your preferences
We will send you a link to tell us about your support preferences and when you are available for sessions.

meet your support worker
We will review your preferences, assign a dedicated support worker and email you the details of your first session. Your support worker will then contact you to introduce themselves and confirm the arrangements.

start your sessions
At your first session, you will meet your support worker and agree your support goals. We will email you afterwards to approve the session details, then your regular sessions will continue throughout your studies.
