About the RoleThis full-time position offers an immediate start and is initially until December 2025, with a strong likelihood of extension. The role involves providing tailored support to a child with SEN.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering individualised learning support.
- Creating a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Collaborating with teachers and other support staff.
- Maintaining accurate records of student progress.
- Level 3 Early Years or Childcare qualification (essential).
- Proven experience supporting children with SEN (essential).
- A passion for working with young children.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
