Randstad Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a Year 5 student with ASD in a primary school located in Liverpool (L34).
Responsibilities:- Provide individualised support to a child with ASD in a Year 5 classroom setting.
- Implement and adapt support plans to meet the student's specific needs.
- Collaborate with the classroom teacher and other support staff to ensure consistent and effective support.
- Maintain accurate records of the student's progress and behaviour.
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment for the student.
- Minimum of a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification.
- Experience working with students with ASD is preferred.
- Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service.
- Commitment to a long-term, full-time position.
