Role Overview
We are looking for two experienced Site Managers to provide 1-day cover across two ongoing housing developments in Birmingham on Thursday, 22nd October (one manager per site).
- Site 1: Druids Heath, Birmingham
- Site 2: Kings Norton, Birmingham
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations and maintain health & safety standards.
- Conduct morning site inductions and toolbox talks.
- Monitor sub-contractors and trade personnel to keep work on schedule.
- Maintain site paperwork and ensure strict compliance with RAMS.
Requirements & Qualifications
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) - Essential
- CSCS Card: White Card (Professional) or Black Card (Managerial) - Essential
- First Aid at Work certificate
- Proven track record as a Site Manager within the residential/housing sector
- Full UK Driving Licence and reliable transport
