Multi-Skilled AC / Electrical Engineer
Are you an experienced Multi-Skilled AC / Electrical Engineer looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity to join a major contract in Hertfordshire as part of a mobile engineering team.
The Role
As our Multi-Skilled Engineer, you'll be responsible for the planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on a variety of air conditioning and electrical systems. We're looking for someone with a strong background in fault-finding and a proactive approach to their work.
Key responsibilities will include:
Performing PPM on AC and electrical systems.
Attending to and resolving reactive maintenance issues and breakdowns.
Diagnosing faults across HVAC and electrical systems.
Participating in a rotating on-call rota for which you will receive additional standby pay.
Communicating clearly and professionally with our clients and site contacts.
What You'll Bring
To be successful in this role, you must be a qualified and experienced engineer with excellent communication skills and a valid UK driving licence.
Essential requirements:
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (F-Gas Category 1).
Demonstrable experience in a similar mobile engineering role covering both HVAC and electrical systems.
Proven fault-finding abilities and a proactive maintenance approach.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
A full UK driving licence.
