The Roles
- Academic Tutors: Deliver engaging sessions in core subjects (Maths, English, Science) tailored to alternative provision outcomes. Ideal candidates bring QTS, strong subject-matter expertise, or extensive 1:1 tutoring experience.
- Therapeutic Tutors: Blend emotional, social, and functional learning with specialized support strategies for vulnerable or neurodivergent youth. Ideal candidates bring experience in SEND, trauma-informed practices, SEMH, mentoring, or therapeutic arts/play.
Role Essentials
- A passion for supporting young people with complex needs, anxiety, or SEMH challenges.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
- Right to work in the UK.
