Hiring- Trust Partnerships Manager/ Account Executive
The Role 💼
As a Trust Partnerships Manager, you will own the full partnership lifecycle-from cold outreach to executive-level negotiations. You'll be:
Building Relationships: Partnering with senior MAT leaders (CEOs, CFOs, HRDs) to secure Preferred Supplier Agreements (PSAs).
Driving Strategy: Leading consultative discovery conversations and designing solutions that demonstrate clear ROI.
Executing Growth: Managing complex accounts, activations, and renewals to ensure trusts stay engaged.
Staying Scrappy: You are as comfortable picking up the phone for school outreach as you are in a boardroom.
