The Role
This is a high-impact, consultative role where you will own relationships with school leaders to help them hire smarter and faster. Your week will involve:
- Relationship Management: Building genuine trust with Headteachers and school leaders through outbound calling and consultative support.
- Strategic Growth: Identifying opportunities to expand platform usage within existing school accounts.
- Candidate Matching: Sourcing the perfect teaching candidates to meet specific school needs.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Working with Sales, Ops, and Tech teams to optimize the user experience and share feedback for product improvement.
