What You'll Be Doing
This is a high-energy, site-based role focused on engagement, administration, and relationship building. Your daily mission includes:
Worker Engagement: Being the go-to face for up to 150 temporary staff, hosting regular "worker surgeries" and formal check-ins.
Client Relations: Managing face-to-face service meetings and engaging with key stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
ER & Compliance: Managing Employee Relations (ER) cases and ensuring all new starter processes are handled with care.
Operational Excellence: You'll be the driving force behind the scenes-keeping operations seamless by staying on top of all email and phone communications and navigating VMS systems with ease.
Flexibility That Works for You
We are looking to cover two distinct shift patterns (25 hours per week). Please let us know your preference:
Option A: 8:00 am - 1:00 pm OR 9:00 am - 2:00 pm
Option B: 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm OR 1:00 pm - 6:00 pm
