We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Administration Team Leader to head up a team of Administrators managing a busy repair service and central service inbox. This is an exciting, permanent opportunity to join a dynamic team covering a major contract in London, undertaking repair and Maintenance works on behalf of local councils and contractors.
You will be crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the administrative support for a critical service. Your responsibilities will include:
Motivate, coach, and support your team of Administrators.
Conducting regular 1-2-1 team meetings and performance reviews.
Preparing reports and keeping your line manager appraised of all activity.
Undertaking weekly audits of your team's work, promptly addressing any errors.
Managing the communal repairs mailboxes, ensuring timely responses.
Ensuring the team continuously delivers exceptional customer service.

We are looking for a dedicated and proven leader with a can-do approach and a passion for customer service excellence:
Similar Experience: Must have experience and be able to show evidence of leading a small team, ideally in a similar administrative or service/repairs sector.
Excellent Customer Service skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential.
Ability to prioritise issues effectively and meet tight deadlines.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
Efficient on various IT systems and able to track data accurately.
Willing to go the extra mile to deal with difficult situations.
Full-time office based role in East London: Hours are 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
