The Role:
You'll be a key part of our dynamic team in a call center environment, providing essential support to our operational teams. Your mission will be to deliver an exceptional service experience to residents and property managers. We're looking for someone who is proactive, diligent, and always willing to go the extra mile to resolve queries.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Answering inbound calls from residents regarding repair works and effectively resolving their queries.
- Utilizing company systems to accurately process orders for client invoicing.
- Maintaining comprehensive and up-to-date records of all interactions with residents on our system.
- Processing reports from supervisors or trades to determine the necessary actions for repair resolution.
- Resolving minor complaints efficiently at the initial call level.
What You'll Bring:
- Essential Experience: Previous experience in the property or social housing sector.
