As our Administrator, you'll be crucial in supporting our team and clients. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing systems and customer data: Keeping our vital information accurate and up-to-date, ensuring smooth operations.
- Handling project documentation: Organising and maintaining essential documents for various projects, ensuring easy access and compliance.
- Providing exceptional customer support: Being a friendly and helpful first point of contact for our customers, resolving queries efficiently.
- Supporting internal stakeholders: Assisting various departments and team members with their administrative needs.
- Utilising CRM systems: Effectively using our Customer Relationship Management system to track interactions and manage data.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within the property sector (though not essential).
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
