We are looking for a dedicated Adult Support Worker to join our team at Amond Gardens from w/c 23rd March.

Hours & Commitment:

• Regular hours: 22-24 hours per week, with the possibility of extra hours if needed.
• Note: This role is to backfill annual leave, training, and sickness, so we cannot offer a full 37-hour contract at this time.
• Drivers only - travel between locations is required.

Shift Patterns:

• Monday-Friday: 9:00am - 4:00pm or 4:00pm - 9:00pm
• Saturday & Sunday: 9:00am - 3:00pm or 3:00pm - 9:00pm
• Shifts are fixed and cannot be altered.
• Sleepovers will be required after the induction period, finishing at 11:00pm and starting at 7:00am (for future shifts).

Role Overview:
You will provide essential support to adults, assisting with daily living activities, promoting independence, and ensuring a safe, caring environment.
