If so, Randstad is recruiting for an Advance Practitioner to join the BarnsleyCouncil- This is a full-time role offering up to £37 per hour.
Here's the Role:
- Complex Casework: Manage a small, protected caseload of the most complex and sensitive situations, demonstrating exemplary, evidence-based practice.
- Mentoring & Support: Act as a mentor and consultant to Social Workers and other team members, providing guidance, support, and fostering their professional development.
- Quality Assurance: Champion best practice by contributing to quality assurance processes, case audits, and service improvement initiatives.
- Expert Guidance: Serve as a subject matter expert on legislation such as the Care Act 2014 and Mental Capacity Act 2005, providing advice and consultation to the team.
- Leadership: Support the Team Manager in the day-to-day running of the team and deputise in their absence, further developing your leadership skills.

Requirements:
- Social Work England registered
- Social Work Degree or equivalent
- Enhanced DBS
Experience:
- Adults Social Work
