We are seeking an Area Sales Consultant with prior tiling industry experience to drive sales and market development across North London business channels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and prioritise personal sales activities to achieve agreed business aims.
- Manage customer product/service mix and pricing in line with company policies.
- Maintain and develop customer relationships through ethical sales methods.
- Utilise CRM tools like SalesForce to manage customer and prospect information.
- Support local marketing activities and integrate personal sales efforts with company initiatives.
- Monitor market and competitor activities, providing relevant reports and information.
- Communicate and negotiate internally and externally to foster profitable business relationships.
- Adhere to health and safety policies and equipment care requirements.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, proactive, and a reliable team player.
- Minimum of 3 years B2B field based sales experience, with a thorough understanding of the tiling and bathroom industry.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems like Salesforce.
- Competent in basic financial terms and business writing.
- Excellent communicator, experienced in managing customer accounts and projects, with strong negotiation skills.
- While direct staff management isn't required, some people management skills will be advantageous.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Your performance will be measured against agreed sales and market development plans, with KPIs forming part of your annual appraisal and bonus scheme.
