Responsibilities:

• Providing day-to-day leadership and support to the Mental Health Social Work Team
• Acting as Duty Manager, offering oversight, guidance, and decision-making support
• Holding a small complex caseload, ensuring high-quality, person-centred practice
• Building strong working relationships with staff, partners, and service users
• Contributing to service development and maintaining high standards of practice
  
  

To be considered for the role, ideally you will have:

• Experienced Social Worker with significant mental health experience
• Previous experience in leadership, senior, or supervisory roles (formal or informal)
• Confident in risk management, complex casework, and multi-agency working
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• SWE registration and a recognised Social Work qualification
