Work with individuals with complex physical and/or learning disabilities
Conduct risk assessments and make recommendations for equipment and adaptations
Collaborate with families, carers, and other professionals to promote independence and improve quality of life
Maintain accurate and timely case records and reports
Requirements:
Previous experience working in a community or local authority setting
Experience supporting individuals with physical and learning disabilities
Understanding of occupational therapy principles, risk management, and person-centred planning

You will be supporting both adults and children with physical and learning disabilities, working as part of a multidisciplinary team. The role involves conducting assessments and treatments within the community, including carrying out risk assessments to ensure safety and promote independence.
