Our leading Estate Management client is seeking a professional and driven candidate keen to progress in property to join the team on a permanent basis. Working from the West London office, you will play a key role in supporting the Property Management Team in running a local high end portfolio

- £26-30k basic (depending on experience) + Benefits (regular reviews)
- 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Birthday leave
- Monday to Friday only - 37.5 hours per week
Duties Include:
- Assisting the property manager(s) on an allocated portfolio and providing day to day administration property management support.
- Liaise and Manage relationships with all parties in a constructive and productive way including clients, leaseholders, tenants, contractors, and onsite personnel.
- Ensure that any property issues that arise are logged and managed effectively with the relevant Property Manager.
- Where needed, support the Property Manager by attending client meetings
- Support the Property Manager with drafting budgets, expenditure, and service charge
- Support the Property Manager with the major works administration
- Where needed, support the property Manager by attending local building inspections to gather information
- Manage the team email inboxes, addressing routine enquiries and directing queries where needed to the relevant departments
- Manage incoming calls and mail for the relevant Property Manager
- Support Property Managers with site contractors performance e.g. scheduling repairs
- Maintaining system's and customer data records on the properties (CRM)
- Maintain attendance records of on-site personnel
Experienced Required:
- Previous experience within the property or related sector e.g. Housing, Facilities, Lettings or Block Management
- Proven Administration / coordination experience
- Good customer service and stakeholder engagement skills
- Highly organised and good levels of attention to detail
- Good level of IT skills and use of CRM
- Clear and concise communications skills (both verbal and written)
- Keen to learn, develop and progress
