- Process sales and purchase invoices
- Reconcile bank accounts
- Cash reconciliations
- Creditor reconciliations
- Prepare and submit VAT returns in line with current legislation and requirements
- Respond to client queries in a timely and professional manner
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients

The Ideal Candidate:
Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience working in a similar position and will have;
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- A willingness to learn and grow professionally.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
