We're looking for a high-impact Senior Business Analyst to drive the transition to a new Vehicle Management Supplier. This is a business-critical programme focused on:
You'll be at the centre of the change - connecting operations, data, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure continuity and performance.
đ Supplier Transition Leadership
Take ownership of the end-to-end analysis for moving from the current "As-Is" vehicle management model to a future "To-Be" supplier setup.
đ„ Stakeholder Management
Operate confidently across a complex stakeholder environment, working with:
đ Data-Driven Decision Making
Use insight from operational and performance data to guide decisions and ensure the new supplier model aligns with organisational KPIs.
âïž Process Engineering
Identify inefficiencies in current fleet workflows and design scalable, future-ready processes that improve performance and control.
đ Technical & Solution Documentation
Produce high-quality artefacts, including:
đ Proven BA Experience
Strong track record as a Business Analyst within large infrastructure programmes or complex operational environments.
đ€ Supplier & Vendor Management
Hands-on experience managing third-party suppliers, especially during service transitions, migrations, or contract handovers.
đ Data Literacy
Comfortable working with complex datasets - able to turn data into clear, actionable business requirements.
đŁ Exceptional Communication Skills
Confident in engaging senior stakeholders, influencing decisions, and managing expectations in a fast-moving programme.
