About the Role We have flexible opportunities across community care, care-at-home, and residential care settings. You will support individuals with diverse needs-including elderly care, dementia, learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and challenging behavior-helping them maintain their independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
- Key Duties: Assisting with daily tasks, meal preparation, medication administration, moving and handling, and general domiciliary support while building meaningful relationships with service users.
- Placement Details: Minimum 12-week commitment (with frequent extension options). Accommodation is fully provided while on placement.
- Explore on Your Off-Days: Enjoy living in and exploring some of the most breathtaking island landscapes in the UK.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of UK care experience (residential or community-based).
- Up-to-date training in Moving & Handling and Medication Administration.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and self-reliance skills.
- Full UK Driving License and access to a vehicle (essential due to remote locations).
- Right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available).
