Pay Rate: ÂŁ30 - ÂŁ38 per hour (DOE).
The "Highland 4-Day" Week: Enjoy a 4-day compressed schedule (Mon-Thu or Tue-Fri).
Office-Based Synergy: Benefit from the support and collaboration of being office-based during your working days-perfect for real-time case discussion and peer support.
Expenses & Accommodation: We are happy to discuss an expenses package to support your travel/stay. While it's peak season, there is plenty of local accommodation available.
🛡️ The Role:
Based in the heart of Inverness, you will be at the forefront of statutory Children & Families work. Your focus will be:
Managing a caseload involving child protection and care planning.
Delivering high-quality, child-centered assessments.
Collaborating face-to-face with a supportive team and multi-agency partners.

Proven experience in Statutory Children & Families social work.
Registration with the SSSC (or equivalent and willing to register).
A desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative office environment.
