Caretaker/Building Caretaker
Location: Newcastle (NE3 3RU)
Pay Rate: £15.17 per hour
Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday (06:30 - 14:45)
Position: Temp-to-Perm after 12 weeks
We are seeking a reliable Caretaker for a key school site in Newcastle.
Key Responsibilities
- Site Opening: Unlocking school grounds and securing the site daily.
- Maintenance: General DIY repairs, including basic joinery and plumbing.
- Logistics: Moving furniture and setting up halls/classrooms.
Requirements
- Enhanced Child Barred List DBS check.
- Practical DIY skills (joinery and plumbing).
- Physical capability for heavy lifting and setup work.
