The Opportunity:

We're seeking a versatile Multi-skilled Tradesperson with expertise in carpentry, plumbing, and other trades. If you deliver high-quality work, provide excellent customer service, and thrive in a dynamic environment, you'll be key to maintaining our properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diverse multiskilled maintenance (carpentry, plumbing, masonry) to high standards.

• Ensure quality workmanship and strict health and safety compliance.

• Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.

• Manage job costs, maintain accurate records (using tech), and procure materials efficiently.

• Handle out-of-hours call-outs and collaborate with other trades.

• Maintain tools and company vehicle.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven multiskilled competence in carpentry and plumbing (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent experience).

• Experience in a team environment with tight deadlines.

• Full, clean driving licence.

• Ability to perform physically demanding work.
