Emergency Response: Respond swiftly to emergency situations to "make safe" or resolve urgent residential issues.
Compliance & Safety: Apply all Health & Safety regulations, utilizing risk assessments, method statements, and correct PPE at all times.
Digital Communication: Use a smartphone/PDA to effectively track jobs and communicate progress clearly and concisely.
Emergency Rota: Participate in an out-of-hours call-out rota to ensure 24/7 service for the client and customers.

Specialist Knowledge: Experience in fire door installation and fabrication work (remodeling/repairing frameworks).
Multi-Skilled Ability: You must be competent in at least two other secondary trades (e.g., basic plumbing, tiling, or plastering).
Building Regulations: A solid understanding of residential Building Regulations.
Qualifications & Experience
Qualifications: Minimum NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Carpentry.
Trade Experience: At least 3 years of experience in the residential repairs sector.

Bonus Skills: Previous experience with laminate fitting is highly desirable.
About You
You are a "right first time" tradesperson who takes pride in the quality of your finish. You are fit and able to undertake physically demanding work, comfortable working independently, and capable of managing your time to minimize non-productive hours. As a representative of the service, you will be professional, reliable, and committed to keeping residents safe.
